Each purchaser will have the opportunity to select a Sanctuary design from the Troubetzkoy Collection. Sanctuary Estates will be designed and built to the same exacting standards used at Jade Mountain by the Troubetzkoy team. Sanctuary Estates can also be customized to meet the client’s every vision while keeping a cohesive elegant feel within this elegant community.

Additionally Purchasers may choose to work with their own design and construction team. All estate plans will be reviewed and must follow the appropriate architectural guidelines. This process will ensure that the estates will reflect the personalities of their owners and yet blend in harmony with each other and the surrounding landscape.

The Jade Mountain Estates will have a governing association made up of the Troubetzkoy Team and the owners of the estates. Through the Association, owners will have access to the amenities and services of Anse Chastanet and Jade Mountain. The Association will also receive access through the private property of Anse Chastanet to its exotic Anse Mamin Beach. Each Estate will be sold as a freehold estate and inclusive of utilities.
